Schoology isn't Working


Schoology appears to be down for some of the class but is working perfectly for others. They're routers and WiFi connections are in tip-top shape. The screen says that "This site cannot be reached" or once they've signed in it just keeps loading (they've been waiting for 40 minutes). Any other suggestions as to what might be wrong are appreciated.

    We haven't received any reports about Schoology Learning being down.

    In this case, have you reviewed our System Requirements Guidelines here to ensure optimal performance while using Schoology? 

    If the issue continues to persist after reviewing our guidelines, please let me know. I will be happy to take a closer look.
