Assessment AM/PM Time Issue

Are any other schools experiencing an issue with the AM/PM designation on assessments when a submission time is set during the noon hour? For example, if you have an assessment opened from 12:05 PM-12:25 PM, it will display to the students as 12:05 AM- 12:25 AM when they access it. Students are still able to start an attempt on the assessment during the PM times but the display issue has been causing frustration for us for 5 months. Students that read the times are often confused and we sound absurd explaining to families and teachers that the system does not know 12:00 AM and 12:00 PM. We have had a ticket in for this issue since September but it has received no attention. If anyone else is experiencing this problem please help support getting this corrected.

    Thank you for reaching out in the Schoology Community!

    I am sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue. 

    This behavior has been reported to the Engineering Team and they are currently investigating. 

    I see you already have a support ticket open with the Schoology Help Desk, requesting to change the priority. 

    The priority changes based on new information received from multiple clients reporting the same issue.  For example, the issue may impact more customers or affect an area of Schoology that wasn't mentioned in the initial report of the issue. Here's a Help Guide with more information on how Schoology prioritizes defects. 

    If the priority changes or the fix is released, we will update you via the support ticket.
