Our school has gone all virtual and our students and staff are experiencing an issue with the Camera when they are in a conference.
Before and during a conference the Camera will either not work or stop working. As of right now the only way it gets corrected is to completely log out of the conference and Schoology and log back in. This is very inefficient and disruptive to teaching and learning. Is this a known issue? It is happening across operating systems (Mac, PC, and Chromebooks).
Any help in finding a solution is appreciated!
