Converting Test bank to item bank error


I converted 2 testbanks today successfully and now there are only errors. Same test bank formats, same procedure. Please help?!

    I was able to successfully convert question banks to an Item Bank by following the workflow outlined in this article.

    Were you following the same workflow or performed different steps to try to convert the question banks?

    Please let me know and I can take a closer look to pinpoint the root cause.

    me too, it was according to the procedure but after I checked the transfer history the result was still an error. it started from january. Please Help.

    Since January, I have also gotten an error when trying to convert from question bank to item bank using the process in the article linked.  This is extremely frustrating and needs to be fixed.
