Reject student submission

Follow

Does anyone know if there is a way to reject a student's submission. They failed to complete the assignment correctly and I would like them to try again. Now that they have made a submission the assignment will come off their list. I would like to remove their submission and get the assignment back on their list so that they complete it.

Many thanks!

    Hi Kayleigh,

Thank you for reaching out in the Schoology Community!

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Unfortunately, with regular submissions there is no option to "unsubmit".  The student will have to submit a new submission, and it will appear as a revised submission.  The teacher would have to view the most recent submission to count it towards the grade, if need be.  However, we have a Google Drive App integration where teachers can unsubmit assignments and return them to the student. Here's a Help Guide with more information on that process,
