Scores Pending on Assessments

Good morning, 

We are having an issue with our assessments that when they are submitted today, they say scores pending and we are not able to access that student's assessment to complete grading. I have seen in the Q and A that this has happened prior this year. 

Does Schoology have an approximate time until this error is resolved? We are giving assessments for the end of the semester and stressing about the timeline.

    Our team has confirmed that this is being investigated as an urgent issue. That means our Engineering team will work continuously during business hours until the issue is resolved. We’ll update you via this ticket as soon as it’s resolved.

    Thank you very much for your patience as our Product Team worked to resolve this issue.

    At this time, assessment scores should now be populating and indicate a status of either "Completed" or "Needs Grading" (depending on whether subjective-type questions were used). If some scores have not populated by the end of the day, please let us know and we'll certainly investigate further.
