Cannot log in to mobile app error 109

When I try to log in to the mobile app I keep getting error code 109. I was signed in but I somehow got signed out, and now I am unable to log in.

    I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue. 

    Have you updated the app to the most recent version? 

    If you haven't already, I also recommend reviewing our System Requirements Guide to endure optimal performance while using Schoology.

    My students are experiencing this too. They no longer can sign into the app.  It was working at the beginning of the school year.  Now it won't let them use the app from their phone to access Schoology,  Very frustrating.
