My students cannot upload images of graphs or anything for that matter into short answer questions I have set up in Tests/Quizzes. I have enabled the "allow rich text" option in the question but when students click to upload, the feature is not working. They click on the attach a file button and nothing happens. They click on the insert an equation button and nothing happens. This has been going on for 3 weeks now. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks.
