The MCQ is set and the correct response is selected. the students have done the assessment and selected the correct response but the correct response is marked wrong and a wrong response is marked correct. Can it be changed from the question level or do i have to go in and change each students' grade manually?

Currently, any changes made after students submit their assessments are not retroactive. Therefore, you would have to manually change each student's grade.
