Multiple Choice Error

I am having a problem with a multiple-choice assessment. Students have reported an incorrect grade for the quiz. I have the assessment set to 3 attempts max, and "keep highest score".

• Example 1 - Student scored 100% on 3rd attempt, but grade is showing 6 out of 7.
• Example 2 - Student scored 6.67 out of 7, but grade showing is missing.

For example 1 my grade book shows 6 out of 7 also. When I remove the missing for example 2, the grade book shows no entry. Attached are images of what I see:

  When you initially reported this issue to us, our Engineers had been investigating the issue with high priority. This issue has since been resolved, and you should now see a student's highest score reflected if an assessment is set to grade by highest score. I apologize for the confusion and inconvenience this caused.
