My son's school is using Microsoft Teams and Schoology. Some of the assignments, the students are opening a Word document that they complete and is supposed to save in OneDrive. Not all of his assignments seem to be saving for some reason? He opens them again later, to finish, and his previous work is gone! Then, he has to re-do them. Any advice you can give on what may be the issue? (He is also using a Chromebook, if that makes any difference).
