Grade Syncing to Powerschool

Are any other schools having issues with the syncing of grades from Schoology to Powerschool? I have read in one of the Schoology help documents that the sync could take "several hours". For many of our teachers, it is taking 'days" and in some cases, not happening at all. It is frustrating because some of the grades are syncing, but others are not. This is telling me that the teachers must have the sync settings set up properly.

Teachers, admin, parents, and students are frustrated because we are using Powerschool as our grade reporting option and we are not seeing grade updates in a timely manner.

    Thank you for reaching out in the Schoology Community!

    During the back-to school season, we experienced higher than normal case volume. There may have been a delay in the grade sync since multiple users were syncing grades at the same time. Here's a Help Guide with more information on sync timing options.

    Yes, we have been having a lot of sync issues as well across the 5-12 grade level.

    I am an ITRT supporting other teachers in their use of Schoology. We are also have issues with assignments not syncing correctly. For one of my teachers, her assessments (created in Schoology) appear in the Schoology gradebook with the students' scores. The assessment shows up in PowerSchool BUT the students' scores do not. Schoology labels the sync as "successful," and technically, it did sync the assignment but not the scores. She is not using any kind of special characters or punctuation marks in her assessment titles (I learned that another district experienced syncing errors due to this). Any ideas?

    We have several teachers in our district that seem to be having the same issue.

    Many syncing issues.  We will receive errors but nothing defined.  Categories are mapped correctly.  Some assignments will sync for all but one student.  It's concerning when supporting an entire district and having to research individual gradebooks daily.  Please help!
