Introduction to Art l Access issues


Hello, my son has been unable to access his assignments and complete his work during and after Art class. He initially had zoom issues, once that was resolved and now that he can actually attend class, he can't participate. He has Ms. Winkler for art. Please help us!

    I am sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue. 

    Can you please explain what's happening.  Is your son getting an error message when trying to access Zoom within Schoology?

    If so, have you reviewed our System Requirements Guidelines to ensure optimal performance while using Schoology?

    If the issue continues to persist, please let me know. I will be happy to take a closer look.
