Links not working in one class, fine in another.

Follow

I teach two classes, one at grade level (3 linked sections) and one accelerated.

I posted a link to a Microsoft Forms survey in both classes, and only the students in the accelerated course can click it. The students in the linked sections can't click on that form or the link to their EdPuzzle today.

Forms have worked several times in the past, as has edpuzzle. I first posted it as an embedded link but deleted that and tried a regular link and either works. EdPuzzle is integrated correctly.

    Hi All,

Thank you for reaching out in the Schoology Community! I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing difficulty with this issue.

Did you place the link in a folder with completion rules?  If so, are you able to Recheck Student Progress as outlined in this article.

If the issue continues to persist, please let me know. I will be happy to take a closer look.

    Best,

I had the same problem today and yesterday.  1st and 6th hour is fine but 5th hour gets an error messge.

It's not even an error message for my students - the text is greyed out and unclickable! This is our all-distance day and not having this done on a home day has really messed up the plan for in-person instruction tomorrow.

Has anyone found a solution for this problem?
