Cannot access student submissions--"Denied Access" message--please help

When students submit work and I try to access, I get a "denied access" message in gradebook.

 

My admin has been working with me but we have not resolved the issue.  Any suggestions I could try?

    I am sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue. 

    Are you using the Google Drive Assignment app? If so, you can follow the troubleshooting steps in this Help Guide.

    If not, can you please let me know which assignment type you are using. I will be happy to take a closer look!
