My student is overseas

My student is overseas and is trying to login to Schoology website using Chrom but it’s not working. It keep telling him that the login information is incorrect. He is able to access it through the app on his iPad but can’t do homework on the app. The login information work fine in the US. Is there a way to make work from overseas? Thanks

    Thank you for reaching out in the Schoology Community!

    If there are no network restrictions in the country you are visiting, your child should be able to access Schoology the same way as he does in the U.S.  If he is experiencing difficulty, we suggest reviewing the following System Requirements Guidelines for ensuring optimal performance while using Schoology.
