I have a student who can not view the slides I have embedded. The others can, so I know it is loaded correctly. I am sure this is a setting or something. Does anyone have any insight in how to correct this.

    Do you happen to know if the student is using a different device and browser?

    If not, can you confirm that the student is adhering to the System Requirements Guidelines outlined in this article?
