Unable to log on to schoology account

Previously working access and password. All of a sudden, my daughter is unable to log on and an error message appears.

Please help.Do we need to reset? Reached out to administrators and no response (day 2 waiting).

    One of our student, whose email id is nishi.kumari.fiem.cse18@teamfuture.in has forgotten her password.

    When she is doing Forgot Password and submitting her email id, no mails are coming from Schoology which will help her to reset the password.
