Please help: I can not get logged in to Conferences

I can not get logged in to conferences. I've been added as an admin in several classes in order to present to the students; however, everytime I attempt to log in, I get the following message: No login information was received. Try loading this application again from within Schoology.

I've tried different computers, even my co-worker's log in. I've tried it at school and at home, yet I always receive the same message. I've never been able to log in. I've sent a ticket to support, but no response. I hope someone here can help me identify the problem and fix it.

    I am sorry to hear you’re experiencing this issue.

    If you are encountering this issue on a web browser (BBB recommends either Chrome or Firefox), we suggest clearing the cache and turning off “block third-party cookies” on your browser. Here’s a Help Guide with additional troubleshooting steps for Conferences.
