    Hi all,

Thank you for reaching out in the Schoology Community!

I am sorry to hear that you continue to experience difficulty with this issue.

Can you please confirm the students are using supported file types when uploading content?

Here's an article that provides a list of the file types we support.

If the students continue to experience difficulty, can you please have them  review our System Requirements Guidelines to ensure optimal performance while using Schoology.

Please let me know if the issue continues to persist after following the steps above.

I don't know if you worked out your problem, but my 2 students were having that same issue. Another student shared with my kids you have to change your Google Doc into a PDF file and then it will allow them to load it on Schoology otherwise it won't work. Hope that helps.

When my students experienced this problem they were using supported file types and had the appropriate system settings...browser, cleared cache, etc. The problem simply started happening then went away and things are working well now. Occasionally an isolated student will have this problem. It really does seem to be a Schoology side issue since everything works for the student, then it doesn't and then it does, with no changes made by the student as to how they were and are submitting files. I realize there is little to no support for the Basic Schoology service, but I would gladly pay for the service as an individual teacher to be able to have better support. No, my school/district is not interested in the Premium Schoology. They have there own LMS that is, in my opinion, a hot mess. Who should I contact to discuss this further.

    Thank you,

    Michael Teters
