Audio issues

I have found several unresolved posts about audio not being heard by students when videos are played through BigBlueButton.  It has been 2 months.

 

Is there a fix or not?

 

One said they were reaching out to BigBlueButton, but no follow up.

It is really frustrating to have find work arounds.

    Thank you for reaching out in the Schoology Community!

    I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue.  I understand your frustration and apologize for the delay. 

    Big Blue Button applied a fix on 10/7/20 to change the recording format for the free tier of users.  They mentioned this fix should fix the issue for any new sessions created after 10/7/20.
