In the parent view, only 12 class tiles appear for their child - 2 were missing. One parent we tested, the child was enrolled in 14 classes. Does anyone know of a setting that is preventing "All" classes from appearing as the parent views their child's account? The child account is fine and the child can see all classes.

In reference to your question, there is a limit of 12 courses that can be displayed on the course dashboard at once. If you click on the Enrollments tab in your parent account, you should be able to view all courses your child is enrolled in.
