test/quiz errors

I have still been using the tests/quizzes feature still because they pull from item banks. However, this last week we have experienced several errors with them.

1. students will get kicked out of the test/quiz before they have completed it

2. students have been getting the same question twice and then getting kicked out

3. tests/quizzes have not been showing the highest score as the grade in the gradebook when the highest score was the setting

4. students will start the test/quiz and it will already say they have already answered the first 1 or 2 questions and then they get kicked out

5. When I have tried taking the test/quiz as a student just to see what was going on, I was seeing pretty much the same questions with every new attempt. It did not seem to be pulling randomly from the item banks.

    Thank you for reaching out in the Schoology Community!

    We are happy to report that the issue has been resolved. When a Test/Quiz is set to be scored by the Highest Grade, the highest score will be the score reflected in the "Results" tab of the quiz and in the gradebook.

    I am having a similar issue with a multiple-choice assessment, not reporting the highest score for my students. I'm hoping this will be fixed soon for both of us. Best of luck to you!
