Changing the Name of the School

Hello!

 

I need to change the name of the school my account is associated with. I have a basic account.

I can't find how to do this in my settings or my profile.

    Hi Rebecca,

    Thank you for reaching out in the Schoology Community!

    As a Basic user, you cannot update the school with which your existing account is associated with. You can either delete your current account, and create a new account with the correct school.  Or you can create a new account at the correct school using a different email address. This Help Guide has more information on this process.
