Right now, my student completion shows students and me that they have completed it when they have not. When I check the % is correct but then the itemized list is wrong and students see a green check even if they haven't completed the assignment or task.

Typically "Rechecking Student Progress" resolves the issue. It allows you to force the system to recheck all student activity to make sure your student progress is properly controlled.
If the behavior continues to persist after doing so, please let me know. I will be happy to take a closer look into this issue and pinpoint the root cause.

My partner teacher and I are having the same issue! Our parents are relying heavily on the green checks to see if their child has completed work but we are getting the exact same errors
