Test Won't Open

I can see and click the "start new attempt" button but when I click it, the page loads for a second or two before returning to the same page. I can't see the test and it doesn't say I've made an attempt.

    Can you please review our System Requirements Guidelines here.

    If the issue continues to persist, please send your course admin a message through Schoology for further assistance. To find the course admin of the course, click Members from the left menu of the course profile. The member with the yellow shield is the course admin.
