SCHOOLOGY IN WRONG LANGUAGE

My son's Schoology is partially in Japanese.  We need English.  I select the language at the bottom left corner of the page and switch it back from Japanese to English and hit the save button and then it defaults right back to Japanese.  I've cleared cookies, selected English in the settings, etc.  

Can anyone help?

    Thank you for reaching out in the Schoology Community!

    I was not able to replicate this behavior on my end. 

    Does your child continue to see the Japanese Language instead of the English Language in his Schoology Account?

    If so, please let me know. I will be happy to take a closer look.
