problems with groups


I am also having a problem with students being able to join a group.  There are so many posts about this, but I do not see an answer.

    I am sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue. 

    Are the students receiving a specific error message when attempting to join the group?

    If so, can you please let me know what the error message is? I will be happy to take a closer look.
