I can't send a message to my teacher.

Hi, 

I'm unable to send a message to my teacher, whenever I type her name, it never shows any valid recipients. Please help.

    Hi all,

    Thank you for reaching out in the Schoology Community!

    It's possible that your teacher (s) have registered under a different email. If you do not have your instructor's contact information, you can send them a message in Schoology by following these steps:

    - Navigate to your course in Schoology 

    - Click on " Members" located on the left- hand side of the course page 

    - Click the gear icon to the right of your instructor's name 

    - Select " Send Message".

    If the issue continues to persist, please let me know.

    First day of school, I can't send assignment email to teacher.

    I can no longer send a message to the teacher.. she is not listed, but i can reply to past emails.
