Daughter can't sign in


My daughter enrolled at Mariner HS forgot her password and cannot reset this due to the fact that the password is the same as the one for her school email and she can't change that either. Can someone please assist me. I have tried submitting a trouble ticket and the system keeps automatically closing the ticket without resolving the issue. We have been trying to get on all weekend and its closing in on the first day of school. The support links do not provide any assistance as there are not emails or phone numbers listed for contact purposes.

    You should email the school counselors and tell them to contact IT and change your password. This is all I can really think of. I really hope this works, and soon. In the meantime, make sure they know that you are having this trouble and ask if there is maybe another way for her to get the work. Good luck!

    This is ridiculous.  The only way schoology will let me sign in is to reset my password every. single. time.  I have a hard time believing that this has anything to do with the school we are signed up through and is absolutely related to a bug in the software.  It was not doing this a day ago.

    My students are experiencing this issue too.  They were able to login to the app at the beginning of the school year and now they cannot log in with the app.  Anybody know why this is happening?
