forgot password

ok so I forgot my password and I did all the steps that I had to do and when I pressed send my info all I got was a email saying for me to get in contact with my support contact and honestly I don't know what that is so can somebody please hep!

    Thank you for reaching out in the Schoology Community!

    Passwords are managed by the System Administration at your School. If you need to change your password, you will need to reach out to your Support Contact(s) directly.  You can find your Support Contact (s) by clicking on the "Support" tab of the bottom right hand corner of your Schoology profile.

    Alright, so what you need to do is press "submit a request" in the Schoology support tab, then just enter your birth year and do the rest that is needed. Sorry I couldn't help, hope you figure it out!
