Scores Pending

I've administered an assessment to a class and four hours later it still says Scores Pending. In the past when this would happen I could click the three dots, unsubmit the quiz and resubmit it. But today I try to do that and once I unsubmit a quiz, it never lets me submit it again. I'll click the three dots, choose Submit, and the page refreshes and it never resubmits the quiz for me.

    Every assessment students complete only shows "scores pending". I have unsubmitted and re submitted, then refreshed the page. Nothing works. I told the kids they should see their grades as soon as the test was completed.  Now, my kids don't think I know what I'm doing.  Maybe I don't. Help!

    It worked yesterday for me, but today I get "scores pending".

    My students took an test this morning. One question required manual grading. I reviewed the submitted answers (short answer). Entered the score to over ride the 0. Will not update ..."pending review" . Is this my problem to solve or a Schoology issue?

    My first 3 classes today worked perfectly when grading my quiz, now my last 2 have this same issue.  Hopefully this gets taken care of before the end of the weekend.

    When can we expect an update?  Had no idea this was an issue...would have found another way to give the assessment.  It sounds like it has been a problem for over a week...and update?

    This must still be an issue today.

    Multiple choice graded this morning and the second half of the day says "Scores Pending."

    Is there any update to this? My classes are all stuck on "Scores Pending", and I really don't want them to have to take it again. It's not even grading my multiple choice questions, and I can't grade my short answer questions.

    I have had the same issue since my 4th period class.  If Schoology can't keep up with the load, maybe they need to not take on so many customers.

    This is ridiculous, I had this issue last year and it continues to get worse. It took 3 months and there was NEVER any resolution to it. Do not have this issue when you use the Test (green puzzle piece) so it has to be an issue with the Assessment. 120+ students and now I get to spend my weekend grading stuff Schoology should have graded because how they can they learn if they do not know what they are doing wrong?!

    We are also having this issue 10 days seems like a long time for kids to get an assessment score. Given that we had intermitent outages today, I hope that PowerSchool is putting more resources to bear on these problems as we move forward.
