Switch schools

How can I switch my son's school?  all the links and help sites I've tried are useless.  The instructions say to contact the assigned support in the Schoology site for the old school but there is no email contact, no link to open an email to them, not area to post or send a message.  This is all very frustrating.

Please help (do not send me the instruction page as I have tried that already I need the next level of support when nothing else works).

    Hi all,

    Thank you for reaching out in the Schoology Community! 

    Since your organization. is using the Enterprise version of Schoology, the System Administration at your child's school has to make changes to your children's account.  Schoology does not have any control over this. That's why we suggest reaching out the designated Support Contact (s) for your children's school.

    Your Support Contact(s) will also have better knowledge of the specific settings employed at your organization that can aid in troubleshooting.

    When I reviewed the accounts, I was able to locate an email for all the Support Contact(s) listed. 

    After clicking on the Support Contact (s) tab, you will have to select the " Info" tab on the top left hand corner to display their email address.

    If you still do not see an email address, you can select " Message" on the top right hand corner and send them a message directly  through Schoology.

    If you continue to experience difficulty with this issue, please let me know. I will be happy to take a closer look.
