Can't get course updates (just in 1 class)


I can't see any updates for my class on my computer <No Updates for this Course>.  My teacher is sending them, but I'm not getting them.  I don't have this issue with other courses, just the 1.  I can see SOME of them if I use the app on my phone, but even then it takes me out of the app into a web browser.

    Because you are using the Enterprise version of Schoology, I recommend reaching out to your designated Support Contact(s) to help you submit a ticket.

    This will help our team consolidate all related requests from your organization, better prioritize, and prevent redundancies. Your Support Contact(s) will also have better knowledge of the specific settings employed at your organization that can aid in troubleshooting.

    We are also now getting this complaint from students for a particular teacher.  I submitted a ticket, but has there been any update on this since I see this question and another one all from last week?

    Course updates are only "sticking" for one of my courses, not all of them.  If I post to all of them at one time, only 1 section sticks. If I post to them separately only the 1st section sticks.
