I have an existing account tied to my primary email address for my daughter. My son's school is now switching to Schoology and they also have InfiniteCampus. The email address used for InfiniteCampus and Schoology must match and I had already setup InfiniteCampus with my primary email address. So every time I try to log in to Schoology, I'm directed to my daughters information with no way to add my son under the same account. I tried to change the email address on my daughters Schoology account to a secondary email address, but it keeps switching back to the primary email. I can't change my email address on Schoology or infiniteCampus so I don't see a way to get access to my son's Schoology page. Hoping someone can help me, but I can't find any contacts at Schoology and the school district can't fix it on their end.
Need Help - Can't create second account for different School District
