Why do Schoology conferences lag then completely stop working?

During a conference, the teacher's voice start to cut off and then I cant hear the teacher at all. Then the teacher's screen share and camera turn black. At the very end, the whole conference just turns black too. I can open Schoology on a new tab but it doesn't get better.

    Conferences is supported on desktop computer and mobile browsers only.  Have you had a chance to review our System Requirements Guidelines to ensure optimal performance while using Schoology?

    If you continue to experience difficulty with this issue, please reach out to your teacher for further assistance. 

    Please contact the teacher in-person, or send the course admin a message through Schoology. To find the course admin of the course, click Members from the left menu of the course profile. The member with the yellow shield is the course admin.
