Students receiving "Could not validate authentication state" Error when logging in to Schoology on Dell 3100 Chromebooks

Hi everyone,

Has anyone else run into this issue? We are drowning in student devices that cannot access Schoology because of what seems to be a device-specific issue.

 

HELP!!!!!

    Thank you for reaching out in the Schoology Community!

    I am sorry to hear you are experiencing difficulty with this issue.  

    Have you performed any troubleshooting steps, including resetting the Chromebooks? If so, does the error continue to persist.

    If you haven't done so already, I recommend reviewing the System Requirements Guidelines in this article to ensure optimal performance while using Schoology.
