Audio not playing in the Schoology App


We have some CANVA presentations with audio overlay (Saved as mp4 files) that students need to watch in our course. The volume does seem to play in the app on phones, can anyway advise why and if there is a work around?

    Thank you for reaching out in the Schoology Community!

    I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing difficulty with this issue. 

    Are you using the iOS app or Android app for Schoology? If so, are you using the most updated version? Do the videos play on the mobile browser and/or web browser?

    If you haven't done so already, can you please review our System Requirements Guidelines for optimal performance while using Schoology.

    If the issue continues to persist after following the above troubleshooting steps, please let me know.
