My kids' current school wants to use Schoology, but I can't create a Parent account because apparently we created an account a couple years ago with a different school. I follow the "delete account" directions and get an error with directs me to the "submit request" page. But I've submitted two requests and all I get is an "auto-close" email telling me to click "Support" to get the name of the school administrator who can help me. But when I click "Support" all I get is a school-specific page with links to Schoology pdfs. No names or contact information.
School starts tomorrow and I need this taken care of, please!
