I read that the maximum size of any file is 512 MB; However, I am having problems with files larger than 100MB. I tried it from the phone, with the application and from the computer, but the message, after 30 minutes or more, is an unsupported file or the file does not load. It is not an internet problem, because I loaded the same files into Dropbox in less than 2 minutes. It is also not the file type, because the same different size type is accepted as Mappings.
Could it be a problem / school license limit? The school, based in Mexico City, is the Technical and Cultural Institute (ITYC).
Could the school limit the size of the uploaded files?
I suppose each school has a storage limit, depending on the license, and the school could divide this storage between teachers and students, or by subject, is that correct or how is the storage divided?
Lastly, how could I solve uploading large videos (between 200 and 500MBS)? It occurs to me to divide them into parts and upload them. But if the problem is storage, maybe the second or third video can no longer be uploaded (It already happened to me that when uploading a video, it uploads correctly, but when I want to upload a second video for the same Assignment, it fails).
