please delete my account, i no longer attend this school and someone is using the account in my name

    Hi Racquel, 

    Have you contacted your course instructors to remove you from their courses? 

    After you've done so, you'll be able to follow the workflow shown in this Help Center article to delete your account.

    Hi Yimei, 

    I'm having the same issue here but the course instructors (and their company) no longer use schoology - as I understand it, none of the admins for my course work for the company anymore either. Seems crazy I can't control my own account here but what should I do? Thank you
