Wrong email address

Someone signed up for this site using MY email address. I attempted to open a support ticket to get MY email removed from the system and stop receiving emails and got a garbage response that no email support is provided to basic users. 

 

I want my email removed from this persons account and my email removed from Schoology's database. How do I do that if no one is offering support?
