Apologies for the issues your daughter is experiencing. We are actively monitoring an unprecedented, rapid increase in concurrent users on Schoology. We have taken a number of steps to improve stability and have proactively added significant additional capacity.
For the purpose of system reliability, we temporarily adjusted select features in Schoology such as document conversion which is why your daughter experienced issues with uploading. The issue is now resolved and your daughter should be able to access Schoology now.
