I am having difficulty logging into my account on Schoology. I am trying to reset my password but it says that the email I used does not exist. However, if I want to sign up via username, the one is in another class it says it exists. Please advise on how to proceed.
I inquired about this to the instructor and this was their response
"Unfortunately I do not have any power to intervene when it comes to your access to your individual Schoology account, as they are a third party service provider hosting our online courses. If you continue to experience issues accessing your account, I would recommend contacting Schoology Support directly."
