Unable to access my account

I am having difficulty logging into my account on Schoology. I am trying to reset my password but it says that the email I used  does not exist. However, if I want to sign up via username, the one is in another class it says it exists. Please advise on how to proceed.
 
I inquired about this to the instructor and this was their response
 
"Unfortunately I do not have any power to intervene when it comes to your access to your individual Schoology account, as they are a third party service provider hosting our online courses. If you continue to experience issues accessing your account, I would recommend contacting Schoology Support directly."

    Hi Nguyen, 

    Can you use your username, rather than email address, to log in?

    Please also make sure when using your email address that there aren't any spaces before or after.

    If your account is associated with the same organization as the course, your instructor should be able to reset your password from the Members area of the course. You can direct them to this Help Center article for instructions. 

    If this is not possible, let us know and we can submit a ticket to our Support team on your behalf.

    I am unable to reset my password.  I have used the same email attached to my account.  I have reached out via every platform Schoology list as support.  I do not receive a password reset link.  I can see my account via other courses I'm in, but cannot login.
