Reseting a password

Hi,

My son is not able to access his schoology account with his known password.  How do I get a password reset for him?

    Hi Camille, 

    If you're able to get in touch with your son's instructor, they'll be able to either directly reset his password or contact the System Administrator who will be able to do so (depending on the settings determined at the district level).
