One school in our community is using different security settings, creating unnecessary complication

We have 4 children in the schools, and for one child when entering her access code I get the message "The school that this course belongs to only allows access codes for users who have already been created by the school. This means that you cannot use an access code to create your account. For additional assistance, please submit a ticket at support.schoology.com."

I don't think the school understands the implication of their choice. How can I add my 4th child to my one parent account?

    Hi Daniel,

    This message means that your child's district has likely already provisioned an account for you, or you need to request one from the district. 

    Once you receive the information from the district, you'll be able to link your current account to the new one

    Please reach out to one of your child's instructors -- they'll be able to put you in contact with your district's System Administrator.
