Where are you trying to submit this photo? (ex. Schoology Assignment, Google Drive Assignment, etc.) Please send a screenshot of the error message if possible.
What device are you using? Please make sure your device is compliant with our system requirements.

I was trying to submit this photo in Schoology Assignment. Unfortunately I was unable to take a screenshot of the screen showing the message. I am using a school issued Acer Chromebook

Apologies for the issue with uploading to assignments.
We are actively monitoring an unprecedented, rapid increase in concurrent users on Schoology. We have taken a number of steps to improve stability and have proactively added significant additional capacity.
At the time you reported this issue, we temporarily disabled select features in Schoology for the purpose of system reliability. Document conversion or uploading to assignments were experiencing delays. This has since been restored and you should be able to upload to assignments now. If you're still experiencing issues, please let us know.

For some reason the submission of a image won't go through Schoology. I tried so many time but it just won't. I am using my phone right now does that have to do with anything? I don't think so but please let me know what to do...
