Adding another child

I am having the same issue. I am attempting to add another child under my parent account. 

I have received information from his school, codes and all and it won't let me add him. What am I doing wrong?

    Hi Ann Marie, 

    Currently, parent accounts can only be associated with student accounts within the same school. If your other child is part of a different organization, you'll have to create a new account under that organization, associate your account with the child account, then link your parent accounts.

    Additionally, to avoid any redundancy or confusion, I'm going to go ahead and close the ticket you have open with our Support team. I'm also going to move this post to our Student Q&A forum.

    I am here trying to add my daughter on parents schoology account, but I didn't have an access code from school. I contact school, but school teacher was saying that she still working on it, but I can go a head to help support center to give me a code for my daughter.
