Switched schools

We have switched schools and trying to join a new access code group and it will not let us get set up. How do we make the changes?

    Hi Sara, 

    You'll have to create a new account with the correct school associated. Then, you'll be able to merge your old account into the new one if you so wish.

    how do I create new account when the system tells me that my email is in use already. I want to use the same email. I do not want to create a new email to do this.

    Hi Sara, 

    In this case, you'll have to first delete your account. Please refer to this Help Center article for details. 

    Unfortunately, at this time it's not possible to have two accounts with the same email address, nor is it possible for non-Enterprise users to switch their school association.
